Ken is knowledgeable about his cars, but not pushy. He answers questions readily but knows when to let the product he is demonstrating speak for itself! He listened to what I requested (the X3 and X5) and then, after driving both, asked me which one I preferred. Then he showed two choices and colors and even took pictures to send to my daughter and Son-in-Law to look at. They liked both, but I preferred the Dark Graphite Metallic. Ken was also flexible with financing arrangements and helped with the new Vanity Plate which saved me a lot of time and trouble. It is an honor and a privilege to work with him. His ability as a salesman matches or exceedes the quality of the BMW vehicles that he presents. Mike Delczeg knows the many details of the vehicle like the back of his hand. He has the patience of Job explaining the wonderful features in the vehicle. He also offered to come to my house to help me connect the garage door opener, if I need it. This is a wonderful courtesy not always offered at every dealership. In my opinion, Mike is a qualified partner to work with Ken. Once again, acquiring my first BMW was a wonderful experience. I am certain that I will not find a better BMW dealership in the world! More
