I like going to this dealership because they work with me to get the car that I would hope to have. My only problem is the trade-in value of the car I previously bought from them. I have to show them the receipts of the work done on the car when the major repairs were done at the BMW service department. I was able to do a great trade in at another dealership, notified the dealership of the car status and there was no need to show proof of service. I went to 2 dealerships and both offered great trade-in value without asking for receipts. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Mike the financial officer has been very helpful. Ken Delk is at the mercy of Jared who would not give a fair trade. My husband has been very happy with the service dept Jim Strung. Hopefully, I would not need to trade my car to another dealership so I could buy another car in the BMW Westlake next time around. More
