Ryan is our service advisor - he is fabulous -everything from emergency repairs to scheduled maintenance, he is on top of all of our vehicles. He learned from the best - Ken Dunway, our previous advisor who was promoted. Ryan works closely with everyone to make sure our needs our met- Wellington is a gem, Keri is amazing, and Cindy, everyone works together to make every interaction a seamless and pleasant one. At AUTOHAUS the staff meet your every need, are honest, and on top of everything- they are kind. They go above and beyond. Everything from accommodating our crazy schedules, or same day requests Kerri is wonderful), it’s all taken care of. Ken was our service advisor for years, and delighted he was promoted, and the same above and beyond ways has been instilled with Ryan Mulhurn. He keeps track of all three of our vehicles and ensures all of our needs are met. Again that mix of kindness and knowledge- we are thankful for Ryan. Wellington is a gem- the whole team gels and everything is seamless. Grateful for this wonderful team- and it’s always nice to go where everyone knows your name. Their kindness is appreciated. I was never told that it would take 3 days to do the A service. I could have brought it another time. Communication was terrible. They wanted to do over $500.00 of work that they did last year. They did n service. I could have brought it another time. Communication was terrible. They wanted to do over $500.00 of work that they did last year. They did not bother to check my history. Just checked my mileage. I had to be the one to remember. They no longer call to discuss what needs to be done. They text. I left messages for two different service techs and it took over 2 hours to get a callback each time. One said he would call me the next morning to confirm when my car would be ready but never did. Very very disappointed. I have always paid extra to have the dealer service but no more! I don’t expect the dealership to not check my history and want to do over $500.00 of work that did not need to be done. More
