Every time we visit the service department, according to the technician, it requires an extensive amount of service. Other dealers do not agree with this. The last time we had to tow it in, because it woul the technician, it requires an extensive amount of service. Other dealers do not agree with this. The last time we had to tow it in, because it would not start. The service tech told us it needed new spark plugs and a computer software upgrade. We paid over $1,000 for this work. I came to pick up the car, and it would not start despite the $1,000 repair. We had another dealer fix the oxygen sensors and air flow control. That did it, HOWEVER, despite their 'tune-up' the car still runs rough. We are trying to have the service manager address this, but to date, we have not had him call us so we can discuss this car. More
