Great Start But Went South Took my E63 AMG in for regular service. Two tires replaced under warranty contract. Great service from Ken Dunaway. Car was also detailed. Got home, realized my garage door opener was missing. Checked glove box, and found all the contents, including registration, proof of insurance and owners manual was missing. Called Ken three times between 2PM and 4:30 PM. Got no return phone call. Asked receptionist if she could ask someone to walk over and ask Ken to call me, got a rude no. Finally drove over at 5PM and talked to Ken personally, He had gotten none of my messages. Ken called the detailer in Highland Park and learned they still had all the contents from the glove box. They delivered it to my house about 7PM. You need better quality control with your detailer and better phone service. More
