Thorough and Expeditious Went to Express Service for 30k check. Was told costs upfront and estimate on time; both were accurate. they are HONEST, and want long-term relationships , not just a "short-term" sale / because of their honesty, enough people bring their automotive needs to them, so they do not have to "look for issues , not just a "short-term" sale / because of their honesty, enough people bring their automotive needs to them, so they do not have to "look for issues," as other dealers, to "fix" - they have enough honestly generated business / as well as HONEST - did I mention, "HONEST" - their service team is most competent / having been an automotive enthusiast I have known more than most service writers - NOT the ones at NorthPenn . . . they are great!
