New battery I had to get a new battery for my car. I never thought that my battery had died but it did I had to get towed and it was immediately discovered by the I had to get a new battery for my car. I never thought that my battery had died but it did I had to get towed and it was immediately discovered by the VW technicians I need just a battery. My car is just fine after my service. More

First rate customer service at North Penn VW service center My appointment was efficiently arranged through Shannon. Was provided a loaner car. Communication agreed upon through text messages and they also added email. They consistently communicated with me and sent appointment reminders. I even received a phone call to make sure of my appointment. Shannon was very helpful and courteous. Provided a tow company for me to use which was covered and they sent a text confirming when it would get to the house. They were on time and brought the car and my husband to the dealership. Very professional driver! Ken was my “advisor” and was clear and honest with his explanation of the work they were doing on the car. I felt very comfortable and confident in the ability of the mechanics working on the car. I would recommend this service center to my friends. Thank you North Penn VW! More
