When we got back to the main office, we were greeted by Kenny Jones. He was very accommodating, not the least bit pushy, and rode us around to check out and try several different vehicles. He was very personable, listened to what we said and answered all our questions. After we picked the car, filled out all the paperwork (which, obviously, was the worst part with what seemed like hundreds of documents to sign), he stayed with us to ensure we had our phones pared with the new vehicle, and was very willing to help us understand the buttons and screen. Our experience with Julien Allinder went great. I was planning on not obtaining any further warranty coverage, but he explained very well what was available and all a la carte. We chose the couple we felt would benefit us the most, and the rest went smoothly. More

We are from out of town and while visiting Chattanooga one weekend we stopped by Cleveland of Toyota and met Kenny. He stayed way after closing time talking with us. He assured us he would let us know what was in the next allocation. Sure enough he got us exactly what we wanted. During the waiting time, we stayed in contact, the communication was open which made us feel confident. He assured us our name was on that vehicle and no one would test drive it. He stayed true to his word and when we got there, it had 2 miles on it and he said he didn't even allow anyone to sit it in. The buying experience was open and transparent and finance was very thorough and answered all our questions. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the service. It was well worth it to travel to pick-up our dream car that will hopefully last us a very long time. Isaiah was excellent with going over the tech portion of the Grand Highlander, and boy oh boy it is chuck full tech! Tyler Ratledge was a real whiz with the financing and got us through nice and smooth. Thanks Everyone! More

She called when the vehicle was on its way and introduced me to Kenny Jones our salesman. The communication and service was phenomenal from Kenny. Julian Allinder the finance associate was very thorough, answered all our questions and again the service level and communication was excellent. When we are in the market again for another vehicle this dealership will be my first phone call. The vibe of the whole place was happy.
