Everyone I interacted with at Toyota of Cleveland went above and beyond in service. Specifically Kenny Jones, who made sure I left with the best deal possible on my truck and that it was as close to facto above and beyond in service. I just took by brother there to have a key made for his van i didn't go there to buy anything i had looking at the Ford F150 i thought the Toyota would be higher than the Ford but they were less i started van i didn't go there to buy anything i had looking at the Ford F150 i thought the Toyota would be higher than the Ford but they were less i started looking and Kenny Jones the Salesman started showing me the different Trucks he told me to test drive one i Drove one and took brother home i took it back and pick another one out Kenny said take it and drive it for a few hours and liked it he worked out a great Deal and i bought it he's a great Salesman and Justice Goodner done a great job going over all the papers and the warranty More
