From what I have experienced from August until now is that I’ve seen lying and deceit towards myself and your own employees. I was lied to several times just trying to get mirrors for my truck. I watched that I’ve seen lying and deceit towards myself and your own employees. I was lied to several times just trying to get mirrors for my truck. I watched and heard over the phone as one of the service reps get repeatedly lied to and treated badly by management in the service department. And now I’m trying to figure out why I cannot have a copy of the sales receipt of the mirrors that were put on my truck. I would like to have it for my service records and to see proof that they were actually GM mirrors that were installed, it’s sad but after 3 lies in a row, I don’t believe the parts manager. I’m planning on reporting this to the BBB of New Hampshire and the Consumer Protection Agency to try to get this resolved if I continue to get nowhere with the service department. Would love to talk to Tim or Jeff about resolving this issue if possible, thanks James Backman More

This dealership is a joke. Helped my daughter purchase a $17,000 jeep latitude....for that money for a 2015 should run like a champ. Transmission is bad needs replacement they refused to fix it. They are a rip off. Dont suggest buying a tonka truck from them...if u dont want to get ripped off then dont go there. More
