Hi - I would appreciate an appointment to come back for a service credit, free oil change, and reinstallation of the seat covers. I apologize for the delay, but I had rotator cuff surgery after this and was not able to drive for a few months. Although it has been some time, I am happy to give further feedback for customer service improvement, as the time prior to that was very satisfactory. I am leaving the 26th for a few weeks but am hoping I can get an appointment prior to that, preferably this Saturday. If not then, maybe Monday, mainly because my car is way overdue for the oil change. Please email me at LLKACCTS@gmail.com to follow up. I am also happy to resend the photo and part number of the seat covers I purchased from Subaru so that your techs can review it for proper installation. I offered that last time and was told it wasn't necessary. Thank you, Lori
