He knew the product like it was his own and treated us like his family. That is very important to feel so comfortable when making such a huge purchase. Joe Gillespie who deals with the finance part of the purchase was also informative and very patient with my husband and myself. We were full of questions and he explained everything in detail that we were confident that we made the right decision. More

What an experience I've leased a vehicle maybe 12 or 13 times before and this was by far the best experience I've had thus far. My young salesman, Rocky Dentici, was we I've leased a vehicle maybe 12 or 13 times before and this was by far the best experience I've had thus far. My young salesman, Rocky Dentici, was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and VERY attentive to detail. He noted that I was not overly comfortable in the first vehicle I tried out and suggested a better fit. He was absolutely correct, and as we worked out the numbers, he even turned the computer screen toward me so that I could see the numbers as well. No other salesperson ever did that for me before, and it made me feel as if the deal was as straight as it could be. Rocky and other Sun personnel (notably Sales Mgr. Kevin, Business Mgr. Dan and John, who handled the insurance arrangements) were as accommodating as they could be. A 5-Star experience to be sure!!! More

I would recommend this dealership in a heart beat. We also dealt with one of the manager's of the dealership Kevin Bannon, what a complete and stand up guy he was also. It was a welcome surprise to be able to lease a car without an ounce of push from either person, they listened to what we wanted and took the time to show us what they had, and by far got us the best deal possible for our vehicle.. We were at the dealer for about 2 1/2 hours and looked at about 5 different versions of the truck we wanted until we found ours and Tony always said no problem lets go outside, find it and check it out. GREAT PLACE TO GET A NEW CAR. More

We found what we were looking for in Sun Buick, the Encore, not only was it classy looking, it was the right size!. We took it for a test drive and seeing all the features, how the Encore felt, the ride, we were sold!. When the salesman Roberto ( who is the nicest man we have ever encountered in a car dealership) told us the monthly payments and what we have to put down, my wife asked "what's the catch?" to which Roberto replied "there is no catch" It turned out to the best price anywhere!!! We are so happy with our new lease. More
