He seems to derive a lot of satisfaction from helping his customers to find a car that is a good match for them and is a good investment, and we are pleased with the car we ended up with. We never felt pressured to buy, and Mike really seemed to genuinely care about us and to want the best for us. It never felt like we were just a dollar sign or that we weren't being dealt with honestly. That was definitely not the case at a number of other car dealerships we had visited during our car search, so we appreciated the difference in how we were treated by both our salesman and the Delaware Cadillac dealership in general. The car we chose was gone over with a fine-tooth comb by the service department, and it had been detailed and had a full tank of gas when we went in to pick it up. We were treated very well and would highly recommend this dealership, and Mike Cassidy in particular. More
