I'm not new to the vehicle purchasing process because two years ago I was doing the same thing, but as accommodating as they were, there was one problem with taking a sizable downpayment. You can only put up to $3,000 down on a credit card as I was looking for 5x that amount. It's due to the insurance taking their time in my total-loss settlement and locking in an awesome 0.9% rate. There's not much stress during the process and you can always ask questions. I feel that all of your staff are responsible, professional, and respectful, no matter how tough the client is. More

Tracy Roberts, in finance, was also awesome and made the paperwork a breeze to get done and explained every aspect of what we were getting as far as rate, warranty, GAP, etc. Couldn't be more pleased with the transaction and would recommend to anyone look for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I just bought my second Subaru from Tucson Subaru, and more specifically from Kevin Gribble. The buying experience was so smooth and easy. I was able to complete the credit application online and most of the purchase over the phone with Kevin because I already knew what I wanted. Kevin helped me get everything taken care of for the hand-off of my old Subaru for the trade-in and made the process quick and painless. I think on the day of purchase I was only at the dealer 2.5 hours, which is a huge difference from what car-buying is usually like. The dealership kept great notes on me as a customer which helped Kevin help me to pick out the right accessories and options for my new car. Later I realized I left my garage door opener in the car and Kevin rescued it for me. I also really appreciated Jennifer Duran, who helped me make sure that I could afford the car and the options I wanted, and helped me think about the future and the new city my car will be driving in. I'm sadly moving away soon, and wish I wasn't because Tucson Subaru always takes great care of me and my car. More
