Very pleasant young man, Kevin in service, who explained the 5,000 mile or 6 month service to us. Done in less than an hour! I normally will leave a 5 star review for the excellent service I have with your dealership but unfortunately, I need to leave a 3 star review and the only reason why it isn’t lower is due to how amazing y service I have with your dealership but unfortunately, I need to leave a 3 star review and the only reason why it isn’t lower is due to how amazing your service advisor was for me. While leaving the dealership after my car was serviced it was running very rough while on the highway and the engine had difficulty trying to accelerate while driving. Because I was concerned about my car’s engine, I pulled over off the highway and came to discover that my engine air filter box was not put back together causing my engine to not perform properly. After closing the lid and properly putting my filter back into its correct placement and reconnecting the plugs that hold the wiring near the engine air filter housing, my car was able to drive normal after that. Again, though I am very happy with my service advisor and his help, I was very displeased with how my engine air filter was not put back together properly. More
