Tucson Subaru personifies customer service throughout the dealership. Kevin and Tony in Sales were helpful and direct without being pushy. When I ran into a battery problem on a cross country trip Tony worke dealership. Kevin and Tony in Sales were helpful and direct without being pushy. When I ran into a battery problem on a cross country trip Tony worked with me to insure the battery was replaced in an area without a Subaru dealer. Louie in Finance worked with me as well to insure I got the best deal for the various dealer options. At the 6 month service Chris was respectful and on top of the activity. When the decision was made to replace a battery cable that was not in stock, he quickly got me into a "loaner" and on my way. The work was then completed professionally without any hassle. During the initial wait, I was able to discuss a number of the features on the car with Steve, who has endless knowledge of the equipment and clarified several questions for me. The facility was extremely clean and is constantly monitored to insure Covid standards for sanitation and social processes are maintained. I was comfortable with the safety precautions throughout the visit. Overall, one of the best interactions I have experienced regardless of business type. Well done. More
