My only complaint is the over sticker fee added to the price of the car. We are loyal customers at Biener Audi for more then 25 years and for that reason, I believe the additional fee should have been wav price of the car. We are loyal customers at Biener Audi for more then 25 years and for that reason, I believe the additional fee should have been waved...I think we are on our 10th or 12th Audi.....all from Biener....It's tot good customer relations for your loyal core customers....That's my opinion.
