So satisfied! Bought my RAV4 here and keep up on maintenance via the service plan. I had an issue recently with a constant squeaky sound in the rear of the vehicle Bought my RAV4 here and keep up on maintenance via the service plan. I had an issue recently with a constant squeaky sound in the rear of the vehicle. The sound went on for three weeks before I couldn’t take it anymore. Kane went above & beyond to help identify the problem! We did a test drive so I could point out the noise, he showed the issue to the repair guy, and then I test-drove the car upon pickup. (Turns out the spare tire parts had become a bit loose.) I am so happy to be able to drive in peace again. Thank you, Kane! **standing ovation** More
