I absolutely dreaded having to “restart.” Luckily, Ide Honda specifically Brad turned my experience into a pleasant one! There was zero bull being pulled, straight to the point and provide feedback on exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. Brad is knowledgeable, experienced, educated, and genuinely kind, a real people person! All in all the whole experience took 2 hours from when I walked in (a scheduled appointment) to when I picked up my new car. I’ve heard that car buying can be a hassle sometimes but this experience was very enjoyable and stress free. Juan was very easy to communicate with when it came to gathering documents and setting up appointments. He gave me his phone number so all I had to do what shoot him a quick text if I had a question and I would get an answer within a few hours. Overall I’d give this experience a 11/10 and I’d also like to mention Tj and Kiersten who also assisted me and were terrific at what they do. Thanks IDE! More

Recently purchased a 2024 Ridgeline from Ide. I worked with Juan Martinez. I did a fair amount of research regarding the vehicle I wanted, invoice price, estimated holdback, etc. I knew what I I worked with Juan Martinez. I did a fair amount of research regarding the vehicle I wanted, invoice price, estimated holdback, etc. I knew what I wanted to pay. Juan made the buying experience as stress free as buying a car can be. He explained my questions regarding financing, specifically a question related to monthly payment. In addition to Juan, the sales manager made a fair opening offer and accepted the majority of my counter offer (they didn’t want to work a bed cover into the deal). The only “fees” Ide wanted to add was a detail fee $125, wheel locks $69, and DMV processing of $175. I asked to not pay the detailing fee, which was removed and the vehicle still looked great. If you don’t want the wheel locks request they be removed and the charge canceled. Sales manager wouldn’t budge on DMV fee. I’m sure they’d remove it if you did your own DMV leg work. Financing with Kiersten was simple. There were zero surprises during negotiations, finance, and delivery. Be sure to do your research before buying (Edmonds is a good site listing what others paid in the area) as this makes the process simple. I’d recommend working with Juan and Ide to family and friends. More
