Great Experience, No Pressure I worked with Kiersten Herman. She was fantastic! I went in with my car that I intended to trade in. She set me up with a CRV to test drive and by th I worked with Kiersten Herman. She was fantastic! I went in with my car that I intended to trade in. She set me up with a CRV to test drive and by the time I got back she had the trade-in offer with the deal to get me in to the CRV. She didn't pressure me into the sale or the add ons. She just showed me the details and let me do the deciding. The CRV was such a no brainer, and now I feel like a fancy person driving this car. It's got everything, in the mid-level trim and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend working with Kiersten. She's awesome! More
