I have to say that it was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They gave my wife and I a great trade in on our mini van. We had a great experience with Bournes. The dealership is clean, the staff is pleasant, and everything from purchase to tags and plates is done in house! We were able to take our car home the same day. Jose clean, the staff is pleasant, and everything from purchase to tags and plates is done in house! We were able to take our car home the same day. Jose made us feel super comfortable, was very "to the point" with no BS. We were scared to go buy a car because of the horror stories we have heard of scams and pushy salesman. Jose left us plenty of space to test the car, we never felt pressured, and the prices and fees were fair. We highly recommend Bournes and Jose! More
