Brought my key fobs in because one wasn’t working at all and one was working halfway. Informed that I had changed the battery and that was not the issue. They changed the battery and sent me home. The next day, one of my key fobs was not working again. Now I have to make a new appointment to bring it in again which is an onconvenience to say the least.

Had another appointment scheduled for Monday at 9:15 am to address same issue and requested rental which was confirmed. Today I received text reminding me of my drop off appointment and I responded to ask to confirm my rental and they told me there would not be a rental available and then tried to tell me a rental wasnt requested with the booking. I sent the a screen shot of my confirmation including the rental. The person went to check again and confirmed they would not have a rental for me. I cancelled my appointment and will take my business elsewhere. And make sure all my friends know that Jim Butler is the worst place to purchase a car and will not honor promises made.
