Car in for regular service as water. Immediate attention, about 90 min, full explanation afterwards, & on my way. Kim has always done a great job for me. I do wish, however, someone would fix the phone system. My vm seems to get lost, so call is not returned. After 3 wks, I re called, &Kim answered, so I was able to schedule. This has happened before. Frustrating but not blaming Kim. When I finally got in, everything went really well, so my time was valued. Thank you! More
