Every time my vehicle is serviced at Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio is an exceptional experience. And while Rich Klaben goes to endless lengths to run a great dealership, it would be wrong to fail to mention Kim Wolfram in the Service department. Kim is the consummate professional and is as honest as they come. She explains everything in clear to understand terms and makes sure you are in the loop every step of the way. We have now taken three different cars to Kim on multiple occassions and every time is amazing. I cannot imagine trusting my vehicles to anyone else but Kim and Klaben Ford. Thanks as always! More
