Worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. Rude, unprofessional staff, making repeated mistakes with our time and our paperwork. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER ! !! Emphasizing that this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with is an understatement. Long story short, I bought a 24 Palisade and after very stro !! Emphasizing that this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with is an understatement. Long story short, I bought a 24 Palisade and after very strong negotiations, because they wanted to force 10k worth of nonsense on top of MSRP, I bought it at MRSP plus tax/title only. Its been two months and I'm yet to register that car, because they don't want to send the paperwork over for ridiculous reasons. I know for a fact management is making made it hard for me because they did not RIP me off like they do everyone else. Regardless, they have to send over that paperwork no matter what. I feel embarrassed for Mario and Valerie, sales reps, that they have to work for an establishment like this one. If you get anything from this measly review, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! More

Had I known I’d have given him 3 star and I am being generous. Trading my car was not a good experience. Your company offered 3,500 (as a favor to me, Eric raised the offer from 2500), and on the same day I brought my car to Car Max and sold it on the spot for 9000!! More

Everything is fine but I think there is room for improvement. Looks like service desk was short staffed when I arrived. Finally someone said we will be right with you. When I left all was good but someone left their empty red Gatorade in cup holder and a dirty napkin in my door handle. I appreciate your help and hope those guys get some more help. More

I appreciate Big Star. I barely had my car 2weeks and I got a chip in my windshield my salesman got my windshield fixed as well as my tint that had bubbled (Houston heat).
