I bought my new "used" vehicle recently and worked with Lily. First we spoke through an inquiry regarding availability through email and text, Lily was very quick and responsive which helped a ton! She was very personable and had a great personality. She was knowledgeable and insightful during our interactions. She became the superstar once we had negotiations regarding our deal. She fought for me many times to get the best deal as she spoke to the Manager. I am impressed by her persistence in making sure I walk away with the best deal possible. She was very prompt, easy going, kind and open. Long story short, when I brought my vehicle home, I noticed some small issues regarding the exterior. I contacted Lily and she told me to come into the dealership to get this resolved. The management team (Kris) was amazing and super well spoken. He made sure I was taken care of! He treated my car as it was a brand new car off the lot and had options to resolve my issue if it wasn't fixed initially. The detailing team there took care of my issue and resolved all my problems. I appreciate Lily and Kris for making my experience a good one. More
