It was unbelievable how simple the process was in comparison to OEM dealerships. We met with Ken Purnell, who pulled the car out for us and gave us the facts without a filter. He then redirected us to Roel Ortiz who was more than helpful in closing out the deal. Both salesmen were extremely approachable and didn’t make us feel rushed into a purchase. They were aware of the few faults on the car and were more than willing to fix any issues and deliver us the car in tip-top shape.
