As a single mom, it is very difficult to find someone to trust in this business but they took care of my daughter by giving her a safe, reliable car while also taking care of my budget. The quality of our purchase is fabulous AND it was priced thousands less than other dealerships!! They worked with my single income budget to make it all happen. My daughter is now driving a car I am confident will last many years and it has a warranty, that peace of mind is priceless. The whole car-buying process here is the best I have experienced, I felt like we were buying a new car with the care we received. I purchased a new car last year from a very well-known dealership in Dallas and they did not take as good care of me compared to Dallas Lease Returns' attention to detail and customer service. This place ROCKS! I had the absolute best buying experience ever. I called to test drive a car and the car was ready to go when I got there. Meeting Blanca and discussing the vehicle and going for a test drive was great. she introduced me to Kris Gaerlan and I visited with him while Blanca return to her previous customer. Kris completed the initial paperwork and was in and out in one hour. The next day Blanca had all the paperwork in order for our sinatures, vehicle cleaned, gas up and ready to go. This is my first car from a dealership and I couldn’t have asked for a better expirience. I ran into a few financial problem throughout the process but james was able to help work around those and get the loan approved and I get to pick up my mustang gt premium tomorrow morning and I couldn’t be happier, excellent service all around, the front desk lady was very nice to greet me and my friend even though I was 18 year old kid coming to buy the car, most dealership blew me off because of my age but james never doubted me and we got it done!
