After I paid for the truck he told me they didn’t know how they were going to deliver it to me as I had came in a car. He had a snarky attitude, and didn’t care that I had just bought a vehicle. He recommended I come back with someone to pick it up. I had driven 2 hours to purchase this vehicle. Do better. You guys need a rollback or a wrecker. Overall decent experience, but they need a new sales manager. More

Cargrus had vehicle listed for 23700 but the price at buying was 24700. It was a good deal even at 24700 and I didn't confirm the price other than making mention of it so I had no argument. I don't know the name of the employee I finished the paperwork with but he was not friendly, barely said anything to me and although it was an easy process I was uncomfortable dealing with him. More
