Service was great, as it has for years Had an appointment for an oil change & new tires for my 2013 Fusion - a few days before the scheduled appointment, the Engine light came on. When I a Had an appointment for an oil change & new tires for my 2013 Fusion - a few days before the scheduled appointment, the Engine light came on. When I arrived Kurt my polite, professional service advisor explained that it would be quite a while to properly take care of my car. Kurt offered me a wonderful service that Ford offers- someone to drive you home & bring you back when the car was ready. Didn’t need it that day, but I think it’s a great perk. Mid-afternoon Kurt called me & very patiently explained the diagnosis for the engine light being on. He called later in the afternoon to tell me the car was ready. I bought the car from Matthews-Curry Ford & have always had it serviced there & have always been pleased. More
