After a lengthy search, my husband and I purchased our first Ford at Klaben of Kent. We found the dealership and our salesperson Kyle to be friendly, informative and low pressure. This dealership ensured that we were satisfied from the moment we walked in. After we left we later got a call that Steve was still working on my interest rate and my interest percentage decreased. Kyle was a newer sales person but he was thoughtful, knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't make me feel pressured in any way. I didnt feel that I was being over charged at all. I purchase a new vehicle every 2 to 3 years and will certainly be a return customer as well as provide referrals. More
