It’s just now been a year since I picked up a new F150 Lightning (which deserves its own page full of praise) and had hands down my best dealer buying experience here. Right from the beginning Kyle C. my salesman was prepared for my arrival and extremely knowledgeable on the product. There were no surprises on numbers and the deal was impossible to beat. They were sensitive to my needs on the trade in and made it work. I got the sense from the whole transaction that they don't play games here, they just put their best foot forward always. Jenn B. in the finance office was also impressive. She was fast but clear, she recommended relevant add ons without putting pressure on me and got me a great deal on some extra genuine ford warranty time. very happy all around, great to have a new car and not have it soured by a bad buying experience. This team gives Ford a good name. I’ve also had my car here for service a few times and when I say they go above and beyond, I mean it…. They have had a few moments they could easily have turned away my special requests and instead they have gone above and beyond to show me they care about my business and my truck. Mobile service and the on site deserve high praise. They are prepared, have a positive attitude about EV’s, have remembered to follow up at every step, and took great care of my truck. More
