Great experience! My husband and I visited Donohoo this past Saturday. We were surprised at how quick and efficient the whole process was given it was extremely crowde My husband and I visited Donohoo this past Saturday. We were surprised at how quick and efficient the whole process was given it was extremely crowded that day. Everyone was extremely nice and not pushy like typical car salesmen. We would definitely recommend Donohoo to anyone looking to purchase a car! More

Excellent Customer Service We were apprehensive about buying from a dealership that wasn't local to us and that wasn't a franchise. We had been searching for this car for weeks We were apprehensive about buying from a dealership that wasn't local to us and that wasn't a franchise. We had been searching for this car for weeks and the one we really wanted Donohoo had. Upon talking to friends we learned that they had purchased vehicles at Donohoo and had nothing but great things to say about the buying process. At first we thought it was odd that the price can not be negotiated but upon research we found that the price the car was listed for was fair and didn't leave room for negotiations. It actually made the buying process much easier. There was no going back and forth on price. Kyle helped answer all of our questions and was able to get us pre-approved Friday. We came to the dealership on Saturday to test drive it. It was exactly as Kyle described! We decided to purchase it. The test drive & buying process only took a total of 2 hours. Becky in finance was great and took the time to thoroughly explain the contract and gap insurance coverage we purchased. The Donohoo sales team does not work on commission. Their focus is 100% on the customer experience and it is obvious from the first moment you walk in the door up until you exit the parking lot in your newly purchased automobile. More

Bought used Toyota 4runner I came to the dealership to shop around. I was never pressured into filling out paperwork or answering questions when I wanted to test drive a car lik I came to the dealership to shop around. Donohoo let me make my purchase at my own pace, and was diligent in finding a fair interest rate. Their staff was very easy to work with, and I would recommend them to other car buyers. More

Best car buying experience ever. Would use them again. Kyle (the salesman) and Michele the sales coordinator were very professional, honest and fair. I did the transaction from Florida and it was seamless despite the fact it was done the DAY BEFORE EASTER! Kyle and Michele and the company generally, went above and beyond what I expected and I normally have very high standards to begin with. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great car buying experience. It is rare to find people who really want to satisfy the customer....I was apprehensive about buying a car online and out of state, but this was so easy. More

Just an awesome experience! I am a total online shopper for a vehicle. I like being able to look at the vehicles first and then doing some of my own research. I hate going to a d I am a total online shopper for a vehicle. I like being able to look at the vehicles first and then doing some of my own research. I hate going to a dealership where they chase you around with a golf cart waiting for you to park. I was able to call Donohoo Auto and get any information or pictures that I asked for. I even had Lemon Squad go out and do a pre purchase inspection. I was told by my inspector they were very helpful and courteous to him. The dealership welcomed an independent inspection and report when I asked for their permission to do so. When I arrived at the dealership my car was parked out front. Everyone that I had contact with for assistance or just speaking too were awesome. Everyone seemed so happy and I did not sense any competition or pressure from any employee. They all seem truly happy with their life and jobs. I will always look here first for my future vehicle purchases. The girls out front set the tone from the time I walked in the door until I left. I wish I could individually commend them too! Thanks to the owner also: you truly have a sales approach that others should see. More
