Late in December of 2022, my wife and I decided to purchase a new vehicle for her. Within one day, Kyle and AJ set up our deal by exchanging most of the information via text message. We set up a time to arrive at the dealership where we were greeted with all the documents prepared and ready to sign. We were at the dealership for a total of about an hour and 45 minutes before we were driving away in our new vehicle! Every detail in the deal was exactly as I expected it to be presented and it was by far the easiest and smoothest experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. What a pleasant surprise Subaru of Jacksonville was for us! Our sales professional, Kyle Shifflett, was magnificent and patient with us. His knowledge and manner were professional, as well as informative as to the different trim levels on the Subaru Accent. We had visited numerous dealerships, including other Subaru dealers before coming to Subaru of Jacksonville. Commendations to Kyle, he made the purchase painless. Every staff member was cordial and professional. Wow! This was also my experience when I brought our new car back for installation of the receiver hitch and roof rack cross bars. I was greeted professionally and had coffee while I waited. Hats off to Kyle and the rest of the crew! This is quite obviously a well managed operation. More
