Lance Madry ensured I returned to Bayside Jeep after a not so pleasant first experience with my 2017 Jeep because I believe in giving second chances. Lance Madry ensured me my experience would be different this time around as he would oversee the transaction. Max Harper was able to to assist me and get me into a new vehicle before I maxed out my mileage and got hit with penalties prior to my lease ending 1 year shy. It was a direct, fair, and smooth transaction. Tony Ferrara was a delight to solidify the final financial steps with. Nicholas Clarke from Allstate was able to save me money with my car insurance, which made me feel less guilty about paying more each month for my new Jeep. Overall, the team of guys that assisted me were a pleasure to do business with. Huge difference from my first experience; hence, the comeback. I’m glad I returned and remained loyal to Jeep. I plan on returning once my lease is up, and hope to get a nice deal after writing this glowing review, ;-)! More
