The entire team at Gateway was a pleasure to work with. Brandon was responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His manager, Cody was equally enjoyable and trustworthy. I worked with Landon, the business manager, in completing the leasing process and he too was worthy of the adjectives used in this review. Lastly, I worked with Tim in accessories to order some additional things I wanted for my new Lyric. That was less than a week ago and the accessories have already been delivered. The entire process was stress-free and low to no pressure. It was clear to me that their only goal was to get me into a car that I wanted and they believed would meet both my wants and needs. They succeeded. There have been a few follow up items since getting the car and those matters have been handled in the same exemplary manner. More
