I've been going to this dealership for many years. Work was done on my truck that didn't need to be done. A brand-new shock was taken off my truck by the mechanic with a xx excuse. Front Royal Ford goes out of their way to get the service work done. The problem lies with Ford Motor Co being able to supply the repair parts, even on recalls Ford cannot supply the parts to make the repair work done.
