I've been told on 2 occasions by Ms Oconner that she would get with the warranty depot and call me back, I've heard nothing. The warranty work was not completed and I had to pay $110 out of my pocket. I would get with the warranty depot and call me back, I've heard nothing. I purchased the extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle but I'll never waste the money again when the dealership doesn't want to stand behind their work. This is the second time my vehicle has to be repaired for the same thing. More

Told me couldn't turn off adaptive trans learning. ..I did with forscan...told me my door latch needed replacement because light was on on dash...after I told them I already checked it and it wasn't th ..I did with forscan...told me my door latch needed replacement because light was on on dash...after I told them I already checked it and it wasn't that or the wiring harness....had a short to ground in circuit which I fixed myself...they would have replaced the door latch and charged me 750 bucks and then would have charged me more to continue diagnosing problem after that didn't work...this leads me to believe that they didn't even diagnose the problem to begin with because if they had they would have realized the door latch wasn't the problem to begin with....there are a couple other things but was not impressed with the dealership and won't be taking my truck back there in the future...they Def just try to take advantage of customers who come in....not all of us are idiots like they assume More
