If they don’t have the car you want, they will order it for you. I put a deposit on a car. However I found a different car elsewhere. But Honda still gave me back my deposit fully. From the moment we walked into this dealership, Dominic D’Alesio made us feel comfortable and at ease. He’s laid back, which is what I prefer, and very friendly. I was so impressed that after visiting other dealers we came back and ended up buying a CR-V Hybrid from Dominic. I knew I would have to wait for the car I ordered but Dominic kept me updated the whole time and the car ended up coming in early! I hadn’t bought a car in 20 years and Dom spent more than enough time going over the features of my new vehicle with me and answering my questions until I felt comfortable. He gave me some great info that I never would have found in the manual! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Dominic D’Alesio! More
