I arrived and was greeted right away. Ralph was friendly and pleasant. He showed us to our purchase and had another associate there to answer any questions we had. This dealership is wonderful! I set up a test drive online after closing time and the next morning received a phone call from Leah confirming my appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was pleasan online after closing time and the next morning received a phone call from Leah confirming my appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was pleasantly greeted by Michelle Canova, the saleswoman helping me. We went over to her desk where she handed me the keys to the car I was going to test drive and told me I could take the car for a drive on my own and to let her know when i returned. When i got back Michelle was more then helpful with any questions I had about the vehicle. The negotiation process was hassle free and very timely with no sketchy sales tactics. I arranged for a time to take the car to my mechanic, Michelle was more than accommodating with my hectic schedule making this a very pleasant and easy car buying experience. I was treated with respect and my time was not at all wasted like at many other dealerships. I would 100% recommend this dealership and Michelle to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!
