Only slight downgrade (wish I could post 4.5 stars!) was that for parts of the process, things took a very long time, with only fair communication. And the fact that their website suggests different prices (mainly, interest rates) than are actually possible. Other than that, I would totally buy a car from them again! More

Coming from MKE. I had been combing Autotrader, Carmax, FB Marketplace and BMW dealers for 2 months. I was honestly getting more and more neurotic by the day... Waiti I had been combing Autotrader, Carmax, FB Marketplace and BMW dealers for 2 months. I was honestly getting more and more neurotic by the day... Waiting... FINALLY saw their X5 M sport pop up on Autotrader Thur morning. Leah was kind enough to snap pictures while it was still in detail. Zack, what can I say about Zack except he made the deal happen and hung with me for the 5 hours it took to get into the sales guy (that's what you get when you drive down from Milwaukee to buy a car just hours after it goes on sale, NOT blaming them.) Mike was great with the sale and worked with me as I waffled for days about the warranty that I bought, cancelled and then bought again. Absolutely never felt any pressure and these are very easy people to work with. Drove home with my car that night, slept well. Got up Friday, drove it to work. Loved it.
