7AM Appointment for oil change that took 3 hours to complete. It got done at 10AM. Horrible wait time. I would do the oil change, tire rotation myself which would take less than 1 hour. But in trying complete. It got done at 10AM. Horrible wait time. I would do the oil change, tire rotation myself which would take less than 1 hour. But in trying to keep my warranty valid, I want to keep my maintenance service by a qualified repair facility. I had 1 hour wait times before. I'm not sure if I'll bring it back to Maita for a simple job that wouldn't justify the wait time or the price. More
