Best experience I have had at this and any cadillac dealership since I have had my car. Lee is a pleasure to deal with. Actually seemed to care that my car was in 100% working order. I have been using Classic in Galveston and was told it would be a week before they could assess the problem (after i dropped the car off). I switched to Classic after a not so good experience at Big Star. Have been looking for an SUV and was not looking at cadillac. Might have to put it back on the list.
