long wait, not detail orientated & disregarded my budget I waited over 7 hours, nobody showed me how my vehicle features were beneficial, they didn’t tell me my monthly payment until after I signed the 1 st I waited over 7 hours, nobody showed me how my vehicle features were beneficial, they didn’t tell me my monthly payment until after I signed the 1 st paper. It was way over my budget & I wasn’t offered a test drive. I was also returning a lease & the Managers & salesmen we’re confused about the return policy after I was told I can return it then they said no then it was yes & I had to call a friend to help drive one of the vehicles off the lot. I was extremely disappointed & frustrated. No lunch or beverage was offered during this whole time & I left with a 40,000 Jeep. More

Roller coaster I was a walk in with no appointment and was attended to instantly. The receptionist was polite and pleasant. My sales rep Shawn was amazing. The car I was looking to buy was inside the dealership. In the blink of an eye the car was gone as it was sold to another customer. Luckily there was another vehicle I was interested in. My monthly payment was quoted only to have it increase significantly due to taxes and fees which I was originally told it was included in the original monthly quote. Overall experience was like a roller coaster. It had its ups n downs it’s twist n turns but overall satisfied with experience Suggestion is to have them ensure ur taxes are included in ur monthly quote by writing it down to avoid surprises. More

Upon realizing my mistake I had to fight all afternoon with them to not get screwed by there 3000 dollar hidden BS fees. They also failed to clean my car but claimed to have detailed it. They are a terrible business. Whose out to rob people of their money and take advantage. I would never buy from them if I hadn't signed the paper. I am furious with this dealership. Do not trust Lamar Davidson the manager or any of the floors sales people there. More
