I purchased a used car for my 17 yr old son on 6/28/20. As of today 8/29/20 the car is still registered to previous owner! This is illegal and if something happened he is still liable! We just went to take the long awaited DL test and were turned away as DMV has no record of new owner!!! The spelled my name wrong in finance and this is their excuse? Also they sold me a $2,500 additional extended insurance warranty without even explaining that the car already had original manufacture warranty for the next 2 yrs!!!! I cancelled it the next morning and It took me over 2 months to finally get a refund!!!! Every time I called there is no reception and no one ever answers their phones unless u choose sales dept. I could never reach finance dept until I sent an email to their GM!! CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A CAR THERE!!!! BETTER YET GO TO ANOTHER HONDA DEALERSHIP More
