Did not explain why they couldn’t balance the truck or why this is my 2nd torque converter in 2 years with only 10,000 miles. Said brake pads were fine. They are grinding and warped. Didn’t check my fluids. The other shop send pictures. Radiator fluid was almost empty. They said it was very dangerous to drive like that. Your Service advisor was drunk when he finally returned my call after 3 days of dropping truck off to tell me what was wrong with the truck. No courtesy wash and truck smelled of pizza when I got it back More

Wayne Akers Ford has a lot to learn about communication. I can’t even express how poor it is in this survey, but it has driven me to now trade my vehicle in to another deal to never have to go to them again I can’t even express how poor it is in this survey, but it has driven me to now trade my vehicle in to another deal to never have to go to them again. I have had issues since I bought the vehicle from them with Service, multiple times, and I mean every time I have ever brought my vehicle there, and now with their collision center as well, just poor communication from everyone working there. This last visit was the worst of them all, having the vehicle for 14 days and not even addressing the issue I brought it in for. Terrible service from them. In my experiences, what makes or breaks a company is not the purchase of the said item, but the experiences you have when there is a problem with it and my experiences with their service post purchase has been aweful. I am glad to be getting rid of this vehicle and to be free from this dealership permanently. More

This is the only place and JP is my only guy I will buy from. God forbid JP doesn’t work there any longer lol I will own my last vehicle.
