Wayne Akers Ford has a lot to learn about communication. I can’t even express how poor it is in this survey, but it has driven me to now trade my vehicle in to another deal to never have to go to them again I can’t even express how poor it is in this survey, but it has driven me to now trade my vehicle in to another deal to never have to go to them again. I have had issues since I bought the vehicle from them with Service, multiple times, and I mean every time I have ever brought my vehicle there, and now with their collision center as well, just poor communication from everyone working there. This last visit was the worst of them all, having the vehicle for 14 days and not even addressing the issue I brought it in for. Terrible service from them. In my experiences, what makes or breaks a company is not the purchase of the said item, but the experiences you have when there is a problem with it and my experiences with their service post purchase has been aweful. I am glad to be getting rid of this vehicle and to be free from this dealership permanently. More

I have purchased 5 vehicles from JP in 20 y K. is here, like he always has been for me and my whole family, the only dealership I will ever buy from. I have purchased 5 vehicles from JP in 20 years at Wayne acres ford and I have ALWAYS had outstanding service from every single staff member I have talked to and encountered. I have had every vehicle serviced throughout the years of owning my vehicles too. The service I have recieved has been immaculate! There will be no other dealership that I will go to or trust. This is the only place and JP is my only guy I will buy from. God forbid JP doesn’t work there any longer lol I will own my last vehicle. Wayne acres ford is the best, one and only, professional, amazing service, trusted and well respected dealership! More
