This has been & will only ever be as long as JP & Nicole K. is here, like he always has been for me and my whole family, the only dealership I will ever buy from. I have purchased 5 vehicles from JP in 20 years at Wayne acres ford and I have ALWAYS had outstanding service from every single staff member I have talked to and encountered. I have had every vehicle serviced throughout the years of owning my vehicles too. The service I have recieved has been immaculate! There will be no other dealership that I will go to or trust. This is the only place and JP is my only guy I will buy from. God forbid JP doesn’t work there any longer lol I will own my last vehicle. Wayne acres ford is the best, one and only, professional, amazing service, trusted and well respected dealership! More

I originally brought my truck in for a drive train issue according to the computer and ford, the tech on prem determined it was a pump that cools the charging unit for the batteries? Because of the part bei according to the computer and ford, the tech on prem determined it was a pump that cools the charging unit for the batteries? Because of the part being replaced not associated with my vin# which per for customer service was a clerical error. Your dealership required me to pay in full to get my truck based on ford stating I’d be 100% refunded, that did not happen as I was shorted $300.00. Following up after 9 months and 7 visits my check engine light is now off! Now I have per ford a known issue with the Bluetooth that does not have a repair at this time. More
