I spoke with your wife and offered to give a full refund in trade. We have inspected vehicles that have gone through the shop. We will tow the truck in so you do not have to worry about that. If that is what you would like to do then that is your option.

The vehicle was sold AS IS AS SEEN. All paperwork was filled out as an as is basis. Yes we sell wholesale as is vehicles as well as we sell inspected vehicles that go through the shop and are warrantied. I will take the truck back in trade for a full refund towards and inspected vehicle as I have stated. Other than that we will not be paying for any repairs on an as is vehicle but will take it back in trade for a full amount you paid for it if you would like.

Morning Alex the truck should have been put in a junk yard or auction off my mechanic told me it needs $3,000worth of work to pass inspection including rear axle seals and said that it never should have been driven or sold I traded a car that will pass inspection with no problems for a junk that I was taken for so now I have no vehicle to get to work and I have to apply for a loan to be able to get it done I will not do any business with Tim's again because of this unless you can make it right thank you

Like my wife told you the truck was fixed because of you playing games with her all we were asking for is that you reimbursed for the cost to get it fixed because that was how the deal was supposed to be in the first place not give us an uninspectabe truck that needed a lot of work you tied us up playing when all that was asked was to pay for repairs total is $ 2,850 are you going to reimburse us yes or no and like I said before your sales said to me in front of a customer you guys always sell uninspectabe vehicles ..........

Thank you so much for admitting Tim's truck capital takes advantage of the public to make a profit by selling vehicles uninspectabe for thousands of dollars there are cases against Tim's for that very reason when we traded our 2012 Honda Civic si VTEC that will pass inspection with no problems and you knew we wanted a truck that would pass inspection we didn't want payments or a loan when the Honda is worth $11,000 I could have gotten for it Tim's truck capital in epsom NH is lieing to the public because if that was stated when we called Tim's we never would have done business with you that wasn't stated until inspection and I also have copy's of all emails going to the BBB along with repairs copy

Bought the truck last week was given to me with grinding
brakes, a rt squeel and out of alignment. Brought it back for the brakes 10 miles later it throws a check engine because it was pushed through inspec

The fixed that and the squeel because there tech put the truck back together wrong and it was rubbing on tire. After they repair the catalytic converter I drive off the lot park next door and my transmission stops working because there tech did not put the cable on properly I have yet to put 100 miles on the truck
