Misled and Ignored – 2023 Silverado Duramax Nightmare from Day One I bought a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country Duramax from Tim’s Truck Capital exactly 20 days ago, and I’ve only had it in m from Day One I bought a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country Duramax from Tim’s Truck Capital exactly 20 days ago, and I’ve only had it in my possession for 2 days total. The dealership has had the truck ever since. Shortly after buying it, I was told the engine needed to be replaced. After more than a week and a half of waiting, that diagnosis changed - I was then told it was a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) issue instead. As of today, the dealership still has the truck, and I have no way of knowing whether the issue has actually been fixed. The biggest problem isn’t just the mechanical failure - it’s the complete lack of communication. I’ve had to call them over and over to get even the most basic updates, because nobody ever reaches out proactively. At first, I declined a loaner because I was told I’d have to drive an hour each way to pick one up - which made no sense when I was already down a vehicle. It took them nearly two full weeks before they finally arranged to deliver a loaner to me, leaving me without transportation for most of that time. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I’d been misled about the truck’s towing capacity. I was told it would be a major upgrade from my previous truck, but after reviewing the specs, it tows almost exactly the same. After going through a trade, financing, and now weeks without the truck I purchased, I’ve gained absolutely nothing but frustration. I haven’t even made my first payment yet, and I already regret this purchase. Between the misinformation, lack of communication, and being without my vehicle for nearly the entire time I’ve owned it, this has been one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering buying from Tim’s Truck Capital, be cautious. Get every claim about towing or performance in writing, and don’t expect much communication or accountability once they have your money. More

Picked up the truck Friday. Sunday started having issues. Called dealer today Monday spoke to Amber. If u need good service don’t talk to this lady nor go to this dealer.. Amber told me keep driving your vehicle for another 4 days till we can look at it. Mind your I have only owned it for 3 days and already having issues and being told see u in 4 days after spending $37.500 cash. What a way to treat NEW customer. I’m glad my work phone records calls if I get in an accident this is a lawsuit. I’m taking this to social media hard how I just got treated. People DONT go to TIMS, it’s sad More

Customer service and teamwork was right on point.
