Leticia and Samir were perfect to work with!!! They kept everything quick and very very easy. Leticia helped to make sure I was getting the right equipment in my car and Samir was absolutely amazing when ex everything quick and very very easy. Sales Consultant I need to start by saying I did not end up buying a car from this dealership, not because the care I received was poor, but because they did not end u I need to start by saying I did not end up buying a car from this dealership, not because the care I received was poor, but because they did not end up having the particular vehicle I was looking for. I was a walk in customer. I was immediately greeted by Leticia Acosta. She was so patient with me and I never once felt any pressure. She exposed me to many different vehicles and went on numerous test drives with me. I have been shopping around for awhile and I can honestly say she was my favorite sales consultant that I have dealt with. I would have loved to have bought a car from Leticia if they had the model I was looking for. More

I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) Honda Accord. Leticia made the whole process easy. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. Leticia has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. Samir, in financing, was super friendly and wasted no time. He explained everything in detail. He took the time to ask me about my family. Very personable. The whole process was smooth. Five stars ⭐️ More

First Class Experiance We were greeted at the door with a warm welcoming smile from Leticia. She asked us what we were looking for and sent us to Syed. Syed went over the CR-V and was upfront and honest with his price sheet. Drove midtown and was kind of misled and treated rudely at another dealership. Back to Syed and later Samir to complete the lease without pressure in a very upfront and friendly atmosphere. More
