Terrific initial experience before completing the transaction, but disappointing experience when taking delivery of the vehicle: dirty exterior, bug residue on the front, scratches on the bumper, cu transaction, but disappointing experience when taking delivery of the vehicle: dirty exterior, bug residue on the front, scratches on the bumper, curb damage to the wheels and the front tires were worn unevenly. Not the experience I was expecting when purchasing a Lexus Certified product. More

Shotty work on the front bumper of the used IS300 I bought. Once I got home i noticed the gap between the bumper and fender. Then noticed the plastic on the bumper is cracked.
