I had a horrible experience! ! Bought several vehicles here over past 25* years and can’t believe how I was treated!! Took 2 weeks to get my truck ‘in line’. Then took another 2 w ! Bought several vehicles here over past 25* years and can’t believe how I was treated!! Took 2 weeks to get my truck ‘in line’. Then took another 2 weeks to get it looked at. I guess it took so long cause my truck was under the 3 yr/36,00 limited warranty. Was told it just needed a software update to stop the jerking. Well, it still ain’t fixed. It still jerks. So I’ve called service about 3 times and my service person was either gone, on phone or with customer but she would call me back when she was finished. YEAH RIGHT!! I’m still waiting for that call back!! So I was without my truck for 4 weeks with no loaner and my truck still ain’t fixed. And no call back to let me know what my next step is or what. Unbelievable. Not at all what I expected. More
